  My foot hurt so badly I could barely walk, and putting on shoes was truly impossible except for one very roomy pair. I was sure something was broken from our recent move. Xrays at urgent care showed nothing wrong. Dr. Cobarrubia looked at my feet, watched me walk, and immediately knew what was wrong. I admit, when he told me it could be solved with orthotics, I was a bit skeptical. How could pain this severe which occurred literally overnight be solved with inserts?! Thank goodness he fashioned a temporary solution on my shoe (which worked pretty well) because it took six full weeks for to receive the orthotics. (presumably due to the holidays) However, after using them for a few weeks now, I am so happy to say my feel are much better! I've had to purchase new shoes that accommodate my inserts, but I'm so happy to be able to walk without pain. I trust Dr. Cobarrubia's knowledge and skill regarding feet and their maladies! The office staff are wonderful too. The only reason I gave them 4 instead of 5 stars is because of the extended time it took to get my orthotics. However, he's a great doctor and I will return to him in the future for any foot care needs.
